Missoula SOUP's First SOUP Dinner! SOUP is a microgranting dinner at which diners vote to select one of four projects, pitched without use of tech by the proposer, to win the donated cash from the door.

FAQ

Q. Are children welcome and can they vote?
A. Yes and yes! However, just like adults, they do need to listen to all 4 of the pitches to be eligible to vote.

Q. Will there be food that meets my dietary needs (vegetarian, allergies)?
A. SOUP is volunteer run, and that includes our food-makers. We will have two vegan soups and 4 non-vegan soups, along with bread and a few other things. We'll ask our foodmakers to list ingredients.

Q. Will there be beer/alcohol available?
A. SOUP is not providing or selling any beverages (there is good clean tap water to drink-- bring your water bottle!; BYO beer/wine is OK.

Q. Do we need to bring cups/utensils etc?
A. Thanks for asking! We will have mugs and spoons to use for soup. You're welcome to bring your own food or beverage container of course! We're trying to avoid single use items.
