On a US tour from Thailand, Moradokmai Theatre, will perform one show in Missoula on Friday, May 31 at 7:30 at Free Cycles.
This original theater piece tells a traditional Thai story, MAHACHANOK ZATI, using Thai dance, movement, music and storytelling with a Western twist.

The company are all members of an intensive full immersion theatre program based in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Artistic Director of Moradokmai Theatre School, is a 1979 graduate of the University of Montana Theater Department. Kru Chang - Janaprakal Chandruang, returned to Thailand in the 80's and, after a distinguished career as a performer in Film and TV, Kru Chang started the Moradokmai Theatre and Homeschool in 2005.

The company regularly tours Europe, Asia, and the US but Montana is a favorite stop for this UM alum.

The show is free but a recommended donation of $20 will support the company's travel expenses, and the Free Cycles community space.
